To invite Poo Jao down, u must prepare:

1) 7 stalks of flowers
2) 7 joss sticks
3) 7 betel nuts
4) 7 cigarettes

Place them on a dish and then separately offer:

5) 7 kinds of fruits
6) 1 bottle of water
7) 1 plate of 3-layer fatty pork
8) 1 bottle of rice wine

With these offerings light the 7 joss sticks and start to pray to Poo Jao, chanting:

Namo Tassa (3x)
Wantittawa Ajariya Patang Kuru Montra
Maha Tippa Mantanang Itthi Ritthi Mahittika
Sappa Kamma Prasittime Sappa Sitthi Phawantume (7x).

Then make your wish to Poo Jao, and wait for the joss sticks to finish burning before keeping the offerings.
