No need to chant Namo Tassa; to summon them hold
the amulet with your left hand and sit in a meditation posture.
Focus your mind on them and recite -
"Hoom Ham Hi Mak" (7x) then recite -
"Ak Jang Ngang Ngang Anulomah Patichayante"
finally hold it to your forehead and recite -
"Na Jang Ngo Mo Jang Ngang Ngang Ngang Ngak" (3x).
After that you can ask for help from Por Ngang Mae Per.
