Rian Lor Lersi Sakyant (Takua and Nawa material) from AJ Pon of Utayan Phra Lersi Yai, Suphanburi. With temple code and serial no chopped behind. The nawa piece has the Na Yant engraved behind as well. Lersi Sakyant is the ancestor of Sakyant wicha.
