This takrut is made with .45 Magnum shells, bound with Saisin, drawn with the Akaras "Ma Ah U I Ti" and serial no chopped on the other side. It is also stuffed with the mystical Ittije powder inside. "Pong Ittije" is the powder created by LP Parn that can make others follow you with loyalty.
